fic two-column
The basic principles of the coalition are:
Economic Growth: Budget decisions at both the state and federal levels should recognize that public investments are at least as effective as tax cuts in promoting job and wage growth.
Community Strength: Federal and state budget decisions should recognize that communities are strengthened by improving the conditions and opportunities of those who are economically vulnerable.
Membership in the Coalition is free. We encourage all community groups and individuals to join us in our efforts by becoming a member of the coalition. As a member of the coalition, your agency will be listed on letters to legislators and our congressional delegation (you will be given the option to opt out of all letters) and you will be invited to meetings of the coalition.
